Soil Treatment (Native & Formosan Subterranean Termites)

Soil treatments are warrantied for 1 year with an option for the owner to renew annually. Standard soil treatment contracts carry a retreatment guarantee ::There's more...

Termite Baiting Systems
Armstrong's uses the original Sentricon system, Hex-Pro, by Dow, to control Native and Formosan species of termites. Bait stations are placed approximately 10-12' around the outside perimeter of homes and other structures, even trees. Initially, the monitors are checked monthly to determine termite activity. When stations get "hits" and termites are detected, a termite bait is introduced. Termites feed on the baited material and bring it back to the colony which leads to the break down of the colony. In time, colonies are eliminated. Sentricon baiting systems have a proven and reliable track record.
